For the past two decades, the Cobra Group has been moulding their leaders. Everyone who has joined the Company, with or without a marketing or sales background, has received the kind of training that would take him or her on to a leadership level in a relatively short span of time. The six young marketing enthusiasts from India who got promoted to ownership recently testify this well enough. Most of them had no prior marketing experience when they joined Cobra. Some of them didn't even know that they could be successful marketing professionals. But once they were in, things changed and very soon they were leading their respective teams. These are not stray instances. All this has been happening ever since Cobra was founded 20 years ago.
